Cancellation & Refund Policy – Rivedix Trainings

At Rivedix, we understand that schedules may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

1. Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
o If you cancel 7 or more days before the training start date, you are eligible for a full refund or a 100% credit transfer to another session.
o If you cancel less than 7 days before the training, no refund will be issued, but you may request a 50% credit toward a future training (one-time use only).
o If you do not attend the training and do not inform us in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.

2. Rivedix-Initiated Rescheduling or Cancellation: o If we need to reschedule a session due to unavoidable circumstances, we will offer either a full refund or a free reschedule based on your preference.
o If a training is cancelled by Rivedix, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days or provide credit for a future session.

3. Refund Method:
o Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method only.

Standard Terms & Conditions – Rivedix Trainings

1. Training Content & Intellectual Property: All training content, presentations, and resources are the intellectual property of Rivedix. These materials are for personal use only and must not be distributed, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
2. Conduct & Participation: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour during all training sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
3. Certification Policy: Certificates of completion will only be provided to participants who attend the full duration of the training and complete all required activities or assessments.
4. Session Recordings: Rivedix may record training sessions for quality assurance or future internal use. Participants will be notified in advance and may request to remain off-camera if desired.
5. Data Privacy: All personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and India’s DPDP Act). Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
6. Pricing & Promotions: All training fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Discounts and promotions are at the sole discretion of Rivedix and may vary across batches.
7. Force Majeure: Rivedix is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, pandemics, or government restrictions.
